City Employee of the Year: Carlos Zamano

The Highland Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual installation dinner and awards program on Thursday, Jan. 23. The program includes recognizing the Business of the Year, the Citizen of the Year, city of Highland Employee of the Year, city of Highland Police Office of the Year, the city of Highland Firefighter of the Year and more. In addition, the new board of directors for the chamber will officially be installed.
