Discover Highland Night is one of Highland's biggest and most attended events all year long!  You won't want to miss out on your opportunity to connect with the community.

With over 75 vendor spaces, live entertainment and food vendors, this event attracts over 3,000 individuals each year!  

Spaces are limited, so please get your vendor and/or sponsorship applications in as soon as possible.

SPONSORSHIPS

Event Main Sponsor:  $500 Sponsorship includes company logo on all flyers & advertising, all electronic media, and name recognition in press releases. In addition Sponsor receives a 12X12 Vendor Space* at event. Sponsorships are available to business entities only and subject to approval. (* Larger space may require increased sponsorship price. Negotiable.) Deadline Monday, October 9, 2017

Feature Sponsor: $250 This sponsorship will support a featured area of Discover Highland Activities. Each sponsorship receives your company logo on official program, all electronic media and name recognition on press releases. Sponsor also receives a 10X10 Vendor Space near Features Area. Deadline Monday, October 9, 2017. Sponsorships are available to business entities only and subject to approval. Areas for consideration include:

Banner Sponsor: $100 Sponsor agrees to provide banner (no larger than 4' X 6') to be hung on Discover Highland perimeter including on Greenspot Rd and/or on 210 FWY Greenspot (N) exit. Sponsorship also includes 10'X10' vendor space. Deadline Monday October 23, 2017

Event Program Advertising:  $50  Business provides digital logo for advertising in the Discover Highland Night Program provided to all event attendees. Limited advertising design available. Deadline Monday October 9, 2017 ***this year, this 'program' will be a 'Selfie Station' set up for photo opportunities for families. Your logo and business information will be printed on this banner/back drop and will be photographed, tagged and shared on social media throughout the community!!

Direct Sales: $40 for Highland Chamber Member, $55 for non-Highland Chamber Member

Food Concessions:  $60 for Highland Chamber Member, $80 for non-Highland Chamber Member

Non-Profit Groups/Government Agencies:  $30

Please contact the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce office for copies of the application and full listings of requirements and permits/licensing required.  All payments must be made with application submission and booths are assigned on a first paid basis and as spaces are available.
