On Friday, March 6, the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division, Crimes Against Children Detail and Children and Family Services began arrested a Highland mother for child endangerment, after an 11-month-old female was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine.

During the investigation detectives determined Lisa Galindo, 39, the victim’s mother, failed to protect the victim.

Highland Station deputies and Crimes Against Children Detectives found drug paraphernalia at Galindo’s residence.

Galindo was then arrested for willful child endangerment and booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino with bail set at $100,000.

Children and Family Services took custody of the child and she is expected to recover.

Why don't the authorities ask her who her supplier is and arrest that jerk too. Poor baby, wishing her a full and speedy recovery.
