On Monday, May 24, deputies from the Highland Police Department Multiple Enforcement Team served a search warrant in the 7600 block of Cunningham St., a search that resulted in the arrest of four Highland residents for possession of methamphetamine and child endangerment.
According to a sheriff’s department press release, during the search of the residence, suspected methamphetamine and evidence of sales of methamphetamine was located.
Melissa Walters, 37, and David Husted, 57, were both arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and Committing a Felony While Out on Bail. Kevin Muldrew, 41, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and active warrants.
During the investigation, it was also learned that two juveniles were living at the residence where the narcotics were being sold. Shareka Figeroa, 36, was then arrested for Child Endangerment.
