Central Little League will host sign ups for the up coming season at Highland Family Y, 7793 Central Ave., Room 3.

Signups are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Saturdays of Jan. 4, 11, 18 and 25; 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1.

Registration is open to boys and girls ages 3 to 16. To qualify for the upcoming Little League seasons children must be 4 years old by Aug. 31, 2020.

Registration fee is $50 for ages 3 to 5 and $80 for ages 6 to 16. Registration fees begin to increase after Feb. 1.

According to a new Little League rule, Little Leaguers can now play in the league based on the boundaries of the school they attend.

Schools in the Central Little League boundaries include Thompson, Cypress, Lankershim, Bing Wong, Warm Springs H. Frank Dominguez Monterey, E. Neal Roberts, Lugonia, Judson & Brown, Crafton, Mentone, Kimberley, Mariposa elementary schools; Curtis and Moore middle schools; Redlands, Redlands East Valley, Citrus Valley and Indian Springs high schools, Norton Space and Aeronautics Academy and Packing House Christian Academy.
